Digital Commerce Platforms

Off-the-shelf platforms carry you through the first year, then become the bottleneck. When your catalogue, pricing rules and logistics flow no longer fit a standard template, we build the infrastructure around your growth instead.

What we build

Headless commerce

An architecture that separates the storefront from the commerce engine. The same catalogue and inventory data feeds your website, mobile app and marketplace channels — and a storefront change never puts commerce logic at risk.

Multi-currency & tax

Country-specific pricing, VAT and customs rules, local payment methods. The same product sold across markets under different price and tax logic.

Marketplace integration

Two-way synchronisation of product, inventory and order data with marketplaces, backed by centralised stock management that prevents overselling.

Payments & reconciliation

Payment provider integrations, instalment and refund flows, retry logic for failed payments, and reconciliation reports for finance.

How we work

In commerce projects the first job is exposing the real complexity of the catalogue and pricing rules — because that is where scope usually grows. Once the data model can carry that complexity, we bring channels online one at a time.

Frequently asked questions

01

How does migration from our current platform work?

Product, customer and order history are migrated, and the URL structure is either preserved or redirected from old addresses to new ones. That redirect plan is the single most critical step for protecting search visibility after a migration, and it is part of delivery.

02

What does selling abroad require?

Technically: multi-currency, local payment methods, tax rules and language management — all solvable in the infrastructure. The part that genuinely needs planning is logistics and returns, so we address that separately during discovery.

03

Will it handle campaign traffic?

Before launch we load test above your expected peak and tune autoscaling rules accordingly. You get the test results in writing, including how the system behaves at each threshold.

Let's talk about your project.

The first conversation is led by the engineering team that would build it. We work through the technical approach and an indicative timeline together.
