Enterprise Software Development

We step in where off-the-shelf packages stop. Instead of bending your processes to fit software, we build software around your processes — so every department finally works from the same data.

What we build

ERP & CRM platforms

Systems that unify sales, procurement, inventory, production and finance on a single data model, with support for multi-entity and multi-location structures.

Process automation

Approval chains, document flows and repetitive manual work, automated through rule engines and workflow definitions. Every step answers who changed what, and when.

System integration

A resilient integration layer between your existing ERP, invoicing provider, banking channels and third-party services — with queuing, retries and alerting when something fails.

Access control & audit

Role and permission matrices, multi-level approvals, data masking and an immutable audit log. Traceability that satisfies internal audit and external auditors alike.

How we work

In enterprise projects the biggest risk is not the technology stack — it is an undefined scope. So before development starts we put the process map, the data model and the integration boundaries in writing. From there we work in two-week sprints, delivering a running version to a test environment at the end of each one.

  • 01Technical audit of existing systems and data quality
  • 02Written sign-off on the process map and permission matrix
  • 03Early feedback through end-of-sprint demos
  • 04Phased cutover: the new system is proven before the old one is retired

Technologies we use

Technology choices follow the lifespan of the product, the size of your team and the cost of maintaining it.

  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes

What you receive

  • System architecture and data model documentation
  • Source code and full intellectual property rights
  • Deployment, backup and disaster recovery procedures
  • Administrator and end-user training
  • API documentation and integration guide
  • Post-launch support and maintenance plan

Frequently asked questions

01

Do we have to replace our current ERP?

Usually not. In most projects we keep the ERP in place as the system of record, build the missing operational layer on top of it, and keep the two in sync through integration. Replacement only makes sense once maintaining the old system costs more than building a new one.

02

How long does a project take?

Depending on scope, a typical enterprise platform goes live in three to nine months. You will usually see the first working version in a test environment within eight to twelve weeks; the remaining time covers scope expansion and rollout.

03

How much of our team's time does this require?

We ask process owners for a few hours a week: sprint demos and decision points. That intensity rises briefly during discovery, because the process map is drawn from your knowledge.

04

Do we own the source code?

Yes. Source code, infrastructure definitions and all rights transfer to you on delivery. We do not leave behind locked licences, hidden dependencies or a system only we can maintain.

Let's talk about your project.

The first conversation is led by the engineering team that would build it. We work through the technical approach and an indicative timeline together.
