Supplying people is easy; making them fit is not. So we define a short onboarding period up front, during which the team member learns your tools, codebase and decision-making. If the fit is not right, you can request a change within the first month.

01Is the team member full time?
Full time or part time, set by what you need. In a part-time arrangement we put the available days and hours in writing, so you can plan around them.
02Is the time zone difference a problem?
Türkiye sits in a time zone that overlaps substantially with Europe, so working synchronously with UK and German teams is possible for most of the day. For North America we define the overlapping window in the contract.
03Who owns the code and IP?
You do. Work happens in your repositories, under your standards, and the rights to everything produced are yours from the start.
04What if the fit is not right?
You can request a change within the first month without giving a reason. Onboarding the replacement is on us and carries no extra cost.
